The LaserWave measures the spectral properties of tunable lasers, laser diodes, Raman shifted lasers and fiber optic components and systems from 1450-1650nm with a resolution of better than 0.5 nm and accuracy of +- 0.05 nm.

The LaserWave consists of array spectrometer With an SMA 905 to FC fiber optic connector. This can be used with either an included 50 um fiber sampling cable or directly. The LaserWave is available for direct connection to the PC serial port, USB port or as a plug in ISA or PCI card.

Windows based software includes calculation of the peak, centroid and FWHM with on screen and user defined zoom. Built-in spectral plot overlay, averaging (5 msec to 50 sec) and smoothing. User definable plot styles and colors. TTL trigger control for pulsed lasers.
